FEATURES:
The PFM Mistral horizontal flow-pack machine produces hermetically sealed packages from a flat roll of heat-sensitive material. It is designed for high-speed modified atmosphere packaging (MAP), ideal for products like coffee, cured meats, moist wipes, and pharmaceutical products. Its cantilever structure allows for easy cleaning while keeping mechanical and electronic components protected. The adjustable material forming tunnel facilitates quick format changes. With a motorized unwinder and automatic adjustments, the Mistral BB can achieve packaging speeds of up to 400 packages per minute, accommodating various materials such as laminate and polypropylene. Advanced programming features allow storage of up to 60 different programs via touchscreen.
