FEATURES:
The PFM Mistral horizontal flow-pack machine creates hermetically sealed packages from a flat roll of heat-sensitive material. The Mistral BB is designed for high-speed modified atmosphere packaging (MAP) and can achieve speeds of up to 400 packages per minute. It is suitable for products such as coffee, cured meats, wet wipes, and pharmaceutical products. The cantilever design allows for easy cleaning and reduces contamination risk. The material forming tunnel is adjustable in width and height, while the transverse and longitudinal sealing units are motorized. Automatic programming features allow for up to 60 different programs to be stored via a touchscreen control panel.
