MACHINE TYPE:
The PFM Group produces a complete range of fully automatic horizontal packaging machines. The proposed line is designed for high-speed FLOW PACK packaging and combines packaging speed with hermetic sealing.

FEATURES:
The proposed production line consists of several components described below. Initially, we have a first section of conveyor belt, followed by a second straight belt on which liquid dispensers are mounted alongside the corresponding containment tank with a lobed push pump and a third conveyor belt on which pressing rollers are mounted. Following is the automatic PFM Mistral machine, a horizontal flow-pack packaging machine that produces hermetically sealed packages at high speed starting from a roll of flat sheet heat-sealable wrapping material. Thanks to its high packaging speed with hermetic seals provided by the Mistral 4-blade rotary Long Dwell cross-sealing system, it can reach up to 400 packages/min. The machine is accompanied by its roll feeder and two labeling/stamping heads that prepare the heat-sealable material for product containment. Exiting the sealing and cutting area, we find a first ramp for non-conforming products, while conforming products advance to the inline checkweigher and Prisma metal detector for further inspection and are managed at the end of the line by the operator.
