Intermittent motion side loading horizontal tray loading and filling machine for cartons.

MAIN FEATURES:
The “wraparound” customized forming system realized on the product, allows for no space between the product and tray. The balcony construction frame allows a wide access to the working area as well as extremely simple and comfortable maintenance. The size changeover can be carried out in a few minutes by adjustment with digital scales. Flat blanks drawn from magazine formed inwards on three sides (glued corners) The fourth side is then folded and secured. Product introduction onto tray with “No Tray No Push” device. Suction cups withdraw from the magazine the flat-blank and they place it on the conveyor belts where it is taken to the forming box. The flat-blank is formed in the U shape and the group of products is then introduced to the tray by the mechanical driven pusher. The tray is taken to the closing area, where folders perform the closure of the flaps.
