The Kilian T400 features 73 punch stations and offers high productivity for large-scale production. Accurate control of tablet weight and quality is ensured. Ease of cleaning and maintenance is facilitated by the industrial design dedicated to continuous production. Additionally, it is equipped with a KRAMER vibrating rotary deduster made of stainless steel, ensuring gentle dedusting of tablets of any shape, along with a metal detector for verifying unsuitable particles. The upward vibrating system allows for the removal of dust particles from the tablet surfaces during the ascent. Completing the system is the RQ 100 CHECKMASTER tablet inspection device for automatic detection of moisture, diameter, weight, thickness, density, and hardness.
