Semiautomatic system for the dosing of powder products into trays. The machine works in semiautomatic cycle and may be inserted in production lines. The operation is pneumatic and the parts in contact with the various products during the processing cycle are constructed with materials according to regulations.

MAIN FEATURES:
The semiautomatic dosing system allows pneumatic delivery of powdered products from bags or other containers into trays or other smaller containers for subsequent treatment. In this specific case into stainless steel trays for the drying process in an oven. The dosage allows you to pre-determine the amount of material to be loaded each time in the trays. Dosing and transport operations are carried out by a single person providing the product’s pneumatic loading into the hopper above the dosing unit and then activating the dispenser. The bottom hopper is equipped with a product level indicator. When the product reaches 90% of the hopper volume, the pneumatic conveyor automatically stops to allow dosing. Dosing operations can be carried out with repetitive control or with manual control. The operator must manually place one tray at a time and extract it after the loading has taken place. The amount of product that is dosed is adjusted by the number of rpm of the dispenser for each dosing cycle.
