FEATURES:
This machine, positioned at the discharge of a tablet press, ensures gentle dedusting of tablets of any shape. Additionally, the integrated metal detector verifies the presence of unsuitable particles. The ascending deduster operates on a vibrating system that effectively removes dust particles from the surface of the tablets during the upward path, leaving them clean for subsequent inspections and packaging. Optimal visibility of the tablet movement is provided by an acrylic housing, allowing for visual control of the process at all times. The compact design minimizes footprint, facilitates easy assembly and disassembly without tools, and allows for easy cleaning. Built according to GMP specifications, the deduster is easily adjustable to fit different tablet discharge configurations. The contact parts and the upper cover are made of stainless steel, and the powder agitation system effectively removes dust particles from the tablets. Complete with CEIA metal detector.
