The cast aluminum body is shaped to ensure stability and helps to divert spills away from the controls and the user. The “Hot” indicator flashes whenever the plate temperature exceeds 50°C, even when the plate is turned off and connected to the power supply. An independent safety circuit prevents overheating in case of control failure, and the internal electronic components are protected from corrosion. The powerful magnets and motor ensure stirring speeds of up to 1500 RPM and volumes of up to 15 liters. The CB162 model features a glass-ceramic top that offers excellent chemical and thermal resistance. The surface is easy to clean, and the thermal properties allow for very high plate temperatures while ensuring that the edges remain cooler, reducing the risk of accidental burns. The white surface provides good visibility of color changes.
