FEATURES:
The silumin plate coated with ceramic offers excellent heat conduction and distribution and is extremely resistant to scratches and chemicals. An independent safety circuit interrupts heating if the nominal temperature of the heating plate exceeds 25 °C. Electronic current limitation protects the motor. Long-lasting TRIAC warranty. Maximum safety control circuit and interruption of power to the heating plate thanks to two independent temperature sensors. The size of the plate is 145 mm, maximum stirring capacity in H2O is 20 Lt with a range between 100 and 1400 rpm and a maximum temperature of 300 °C.
