MACHINE TYPE:
Automatic line for filling and capping bottles. The complete Ronchi line allows managing different formats upon customer request from a minimum of 100 to a maximum of 1000 ml. It essentially consists of 2 machines and 2 production processes: unscrambler/orientator, and filling with capping.

FEATURES:
The line consists of 2 main machines: the Rototech 180/8 (unscrambler/orientator) and the Exacta Rm (filling/capping). By means of the elevator, the bottles are fed in bulk into the hopper; from here they are pushed towards the selectors. Inside the hopper, special mechanical devices ensure that the bottles are properly housed within the selectors that support them until the drop point where they are placed onto the exit star. The orientator group serves the function of uniformly orienting the bottles according to the user’s requirements. The containers arriving from the unscrambler are spaced apart and introduced into the orientator by means of the entry star, which positions them consecutively under the pick-up heads of the orienting carousel. The correctly oriented bottles are returned to the exit star for sending to the filling process. The containers arriving on the conveyor belt are spaced apart and introduced into the monoblock by means of a screw conveyor, from which they pass to the entry star that positions them on the lifting plates. During rotation, the plates cyclically rise and fall, allowing for the centering and introduction of the dispensing nozzle into the bottle. Once the filling operation is complete, the bottle is transferred to the capper by means of the central star. The loading star ensures that the caps are perfectly positioned under the capping heads, from where they are picked up and applied to the bottle by the heads themselves. Once the capping phase is completed, the bottle is extracted from the monoblock and repositioned on the conveyor belt of the same exit.
