The RF 1000 is a high-speed filler capper designed to perform inline dosing, filling, and capping operations for bottles.

FEATURES:
Monoblock machine with continuous movement constructed in stainless steel for filling through two stations and closing bottles. The machine is equipped with a vibrating cup feeder for caps. Format change occurs through adjustment and replacement of some machine parts and is a simple operation. The machine performs filling with fully adjustable syringes for dosage. The cap insertion unit rotates to place the cap on the bottle, where it is inserted and released. All the most important operational functions are continuously monitored through a series of sensors. The filler is complete with a format for bottles with dimensions of 50 mm diameter, 100 mm height.
