MACHINE TYPE:
The ALLPRINT laser system consists of the power unit and the marking unit. The power unit is controlled through the control panel; alternatively, the control is performed via the Smart Navigator or the Smart Job software on the PC. A writing head is mounted on the marking unit.

FEATURES:
The continuous or pulsed CO2 laser produces an infrared laser beam, invisible, with a limited beam diameter. To better focus the laser beam, it is first widened with the help of a telescope. The widened laser beam reaches the writing head where it strikes two movable mirrors. These redirect it so that it traces the lines of the selected model. The line segments are divided into individual vectors (X and Y coordinates). Thanks to this alignment of the vectors, the marking is created on the surface of the product. The laser beam moves “writing” on the surface of the product. The Advanced Controller Card (ACC) in the power unit calculates the vectors and controls the laser. Before the redirected laser beam hits the surface of the product, it is focused by the teta-F lens. The marking generally occurs at the focal point of the laser beam.
