CAPPING MACHINE – IMA – MOD. F550 (COD. MF-PK-TAP-24)

DESCRIPTION:
The F550 is an 8-head Rotary Closing Machine for the automatic feeding and sealing of aluminum or flip-off caps. The machine has been designed to work with previously filled vials and allows the application of aluminum caps or flip-offs, and is also designed for connection in line both upstream and downstream. The caps arrive at the machine through a special feeder. The vials come from the feeding belt, the closure takes place by means of the rotary head. Once the operations are completed, the vials come out on the outfeed belt or discarded from the belt.

MAIN FEATURES:
Vials, coming from the upstream machine, are fed by a conveyor belt and transferred by an auger into the cavities of the feeding wheel, towards the closing carousel. The feeding of the cap to the closing station is guaranteed by a vibrating circular sorter and by a straight belt vibrator. The closing tower is equipped with 8 rotating heads, equipped with vertical movement by means of a cam, for the laying and sealing of the caps on the vials. The closed vials are finally picked up by an exit wheel and taken to the exit conveyor belt. A vial reject station is provided on the machine for the recovery of vials that have not been properly closed, this station is equipped with a device for checking that the reject has occurred. The aforementioned group automatically discards the vials without closures on the rotating collection plate, without stopping the machine. It is possible to program the machine to stop after a consecutive number of errors.
The sealing machine is equipped with an Ozaf elevator feeder belt model PF-3, vibratory unscrumbler and filtration hood LAF system. Last worked formats: glass bottle 100 ml – 50 ml, cap diameter 30.9 mm, flip-off ring diameter 37.0 mm

DESCRIPTION:
C260 is the most compact deep draw thermoforming machine in his range keeping the maximum customisation that exactly meets the customer’s production requirements. All this is possible thanks to the use of the IMA Safe technology which has developed robotized systems applied in the most critical areas: the product feeding area & the connection to the cartoner. LIQUID FILLING AND STOPPERING – IMA – MOD. F400S (COD. PH-PR-RIE-45)

DESCRIPTION:
The F400S is a filling and closing machine designed to perform in-line filling and capping operations of bottles for aseptic products in glass vials. The machine is composed of the following groups: infeed bottle conveyor belt, auger group, filling carousel, capping carousel, bottle and waste outfeed carousel, syringe unit, tracking nozzle head, transfer carousel, vibrating cap sorter, belt bottle waste, bottle exit belt, transfer carousel, post-filling carbonation tunnel, laminar flow, sampling belt, pre-capping carbonation tunnel, bottle stop piston.

MAIN FEATURES:
The vials arrive to the first transport star by the incoming belt, passing through an auger which has the function of putting the vials in phase with the carousel itself, then they are passed to the second transfer star and transferred to the filling carousel. The full vial is then passed to the capping carousel. At the end of the operation, the finished product, passing through the exit carousel, is channeled onto the exit belt or the waste belt. The different operational phases are briefly divided into: – incoming bottle transport, – bottle filling, – bottle capping, – bottle exit, – non-compliant bottle discard or sampling.
Last worked format: 100 ml glass vials, cap diameter 30.9 mm, flip-off diameter 37.0 mm.
The filling machine is equipped with rotating accumulation table, LAF system filtration hood, installed format 100 ml, and modular transmitter brand Mettler Toledo model M700 that with ISM technology allow seamless integration of sensor diagnostics..
