DESCRIPTION:
C260 is the most compact deep draw thermoforming machine in his range keeping the maximum customisation that exactly meets the customer’s production requirements. All this is possible thanks to the use of the IMA Safe technology which has developed robotized systems applied in the most critical areas: the product feeding area & the connection to the cartoner. These machines are not only highly productive but also extremely efficient, size changeover operations are rapid thanks to a reduced number of size parts.
Format currently installed is for blister of 5 ampoules.

LIQUID FILLING AND STOPPERING – IMA – MOD. F400S (COD. PH-PR-RIE-45)

DESCRIPTION:
The F400S is a filling and closing machine designed to perform in-line filling and capping operations of bottles for aseptic products in glass vials. The machine is composed of the following groups: infeed bottle conveyor belt, auger group, filling carousel, capping carousel, bottle and waste outfeed carousel, syringe unit, tracking nozzle head, transfer carousel, vibrating cap sorter, belt bottle waste, bottle exit belt, transfer carousel, post-filling carbonation tunnel, laminar flow, sampling belt, pre-capping carbonation tunnel, bottle stop piston.

MAIN FEATURES:
The vials arrive to the first transport star by the incoming belt, passing through an auger which has the function of putting the vials in phase with the carousel itself, then they are passed to the second transfer star and transferred to the filling carousel. The full vial is then passed to the capping carousel. At the end of the operation, the finished product, passing through the exit carousel, is channeled onto the exit belt or the waste belt. The different operational phases are briefly divided into: – incoming bottle transport, – bottle filling, – bottle capping, – bottle exit, – non-compliant bottle discard or sampling.
Last worked format: 100 ml glass vials, cap diameter 30.9 mm, flip-off diameter 37.0 mm.
The filling machine is equipped with rotating accumulation table, LAF system filtration hood, installed format 100 ml, and modular transmitter brand Mettler Toledo model M700 that with ISM technology allow seamless integration of sensor diagnostics..
