FEATURES:
The powder packaging system in heat-sealed laminated bags is highly efficient. The machine consists of a heat sealing packaging system, a feeding group, and a dosing group for powders or granules, accompanied by an integrated control panel and an outgoing bag conveyor. Filling occurs via a hopper equipped with a screw, ensuring accurate dosing. The VBU model is designed to fully automate the operations of bag forming, filling, sealing, and cutting. The machine’s structure is engineered to minimize vibration propagation, ensuring smooth operation. Operator presence is only required for product loading and heat-sealable laminate roll loading. This machine underwent refurbishment in 2014, ensuring reliability and performance. The machine allows for a production speed ranging from 15 to 250 cycles per minute, depending on product quality and environmental conditions. The bag length produced varies between 50 and 150 mm.
