MAIN FEATURES:
The laminar flow benches with partial expulsion and BHA protection barrier have been made both to protect the material to be handled from contamination and to preserve the operator and the environment from risks of microbial contamination. These benches belong to Class II of BS 5726 which means that its function is to protect both the operator and the sample, guaranteeing conditions of absolute sterility.
The filtered, dedusted and sterile air emerging from the main HEPA filter ensures an excellent laminariness of flow at the worktop level thanks to its balanced perforation and abundant suction in the front, calculated to obtain the protective barrier and avoid exchanges of potentially contaminated indoor air with the outside. The sum of these two volumes of air reaches the plenum of the HEPA filters and here, part is recycled through the main filter (70%) and part is evacuated through the exhaust filter. The equipment is supplied fully assembled. The handling of the products must not be carried out on the perforated grid at the entrance to the chamber. The hood is supplied with a stainless steel structure that supports it at a height of 815 mm.
