Bottle unscrambler with elevator and blower for cylindrical bottles. This model is a mid-size unscrambler. Whether you’re packing pharmaceutical, personal care products, food, specialty chemicals or other products, this unscrambler will help package it quickly and reliably. Equipped with elevator/feeder belt with hopper in steel. Allows material transport from the hopper elevator through the inserter unit. The components are collected from the hopper by elevating plates, pre-sorted and fed to the top towards further feeding unit until they reach their destination.

MAIN FEATURES:
The unscrambler RO1500 is a machine used to supply, through the output belt, pieces all oriented in the same position to be conveyed directly to the user machine. The machine consists of an E30-AG elevator, a RO1500 unscrambler and a bottle blowing machine. In the hopper of the elevator a quantity of pieces in bulk is loaded, which are brought upwards by the elevator belt from where they are poured into the centrifugal feeder. The photocell is located in the hopper which detects the minimum load of the pieces present, thus warning the operator, through the light signal, to carry out a further loading of pieces. The feeder part is provided with a selection disk in which the selection sectors with shape profile are inserted, suitable for receiving the pieces in the desired position. In the front part of the unscrambler there is the exit from which the pieces come out positioned in the same way falling on the horizontal belt that conveys them towards the blowing unit.
