It has efficient thermal insulation: low external temperatures and minimal energy consumption, an insulated door with adjustable closure and hinges, silicone gasket + counter door. The internal chamber has rounded corners made of AISI 304 stainless steel, easy to clean. Two removable and height-adjustable anti-tip shelves. Excellent uniformity and thermal stability thanks also to the well-designed stainless steel armored resistors. Preheating of the incoming air + special internal deflectors + hot air vent adjustment.
