The seal test for Blisters is designed for the sealing of food, drugs, cosmetics, industrial products such as flexible packaging and other packaging materials. It is a control system that tests the integrity of vials, blisters or other types of small containers that are introduced manually into the unit.

MAIN FEATURES:
To verify the density, it is performed with a test with a blue dye, which is divided into several phases. During the pressure maintenance phase the blisters are exposed to a vacuum. In the subsequent penetration process the blister rests in the blue solution, so that the solution can be sucked into any imperfectly sealed packaging.
