Stainless steel wet/dry continuous cosmetic powder blender with jacketed vessel for cooling by water. Suitable for dispersing pigments, binder and pearls in a talc powder base for the production of cosmetic powders. Using a refined base, talc powder or similar, the wet/dry blender can produce eye shadow, blush, face powder in both wet and dry formulations with no need for other processing equipment.
