FEATURES:
The overlapped belt accumulator is designed to store a large number of product rows (depending on the length of the buffer and the number of levels). It consists of a double conveyor belt placed one above the other. The overlapped belt accumulator is optimized to dynamically adapt to fluctuations in speed of the line by discharging downstream the quantity of products that the packaging area can absorb, regardless of how many products come from the process. The conveyor belts have all the characteristics of belt conveyors, easy tensioning of the belts, robustness, and reliability.
