FEATURES:
The complete Ronchi line allows handling various formats as per customer request from a minimum of 100 to a maximum of 1000 ml. It essentially consists of 2 machines and 2 production processes: unscrambler/orientator, and filling with capping. Through the elevator, bottles are fed in bulk into the hopper; from here, they are pushed towards the selectors. Inside the hopper, special mechanical devices ensure that the bottles are properly housed within the selectors that support them until the drop point where they are introduced onto the exit star. The orienting group serves to uniformly orient the bottles according to the user’s preferences. Containers arriving from the unscrambler are spaced and introduced into the orientator via the entry star that positions them consecutively under the gripping heads of the orienting carousel. Correctly oriented bottles are returned to the exit star for filling. Containers arriving on the conveyor belt are spaced and introduced into the monoblock via a screw, passing to the entry star that positions them on the lifting plates. During rotation, the plates cyclically rise and lower, allowing for centering and the introduction of the dispensing nozzle into the bottle. Once filling is complete, the bottle is transferred to the capping machine via the central star. The loading star perfectly positions the caps under the capping heads, from where they are picked and applied to the bottle by the heads themselves. Upon completion of the capping phase, the bottle is extracted from the monoblock and repositioned onto the same output conveyor.
