The monoblock F87 is an automatic intermittent motion machine capable of performing three operations simultaneously: a volumetric filling and two closures. Aqueous, alcoholic, sugary, foamy, viscous products can be filled. The operating groups and their supports are made of stainless steel. The volumetric filling group is placed on the machine table and the syringes act vertically. This solution avoids the stresses that often cause breakage, reduces wear and facilitates adjustment and cleaning of the filling units. Equipped with 2 vibrating feeders – stainless steel construction consisting of a base with adjustable feet and a truncated cone container inside which lies a plateau in plastic material with an oblique axis which is kept in rotation by an electric motor. The unit is equipped with one filling head and two closing heads.
