Description
MACHINE TYPE:
The BA80 series cartoners are horizontal machines with alternating motion, specifically designed to solve the main packaging problems in cartons for medium productions. The selection between one product and another to be packaged can be set via the display panel. Once the carton is filled, it is closed using mechanical levers and, if it has been verified as correct during its path, it is sealed. Finally, the completed cartons are fed into the line. If it was found to be incorrect, the carton will be automatically discarded and expelled.

The application sectors include pharmaceuticals, cosmetics, food, and various others.
FEATURES:
The cartoning cycle is fully automatic. The main movements of the machine are protected by guards. Incorporated in the control panel is an operator panel, function keys, and a numeric keypad. The machine is designed and built to be integrated into a continuous production line. Quality checks are performed on the packaged products to ensure the highest certainty of quality packages coming out of the machine. The construction is entirely mechanical and requires minimal maintenance, facilitated by wide accessibility to all its parts. The machine is complete with a feeding unit for bottles. Additionally, it is equipped with the ARGUS LAETUS control system and feeding for the pre-folded leaflet.
