Description
Machine for the packaging of products with single-fold sealing film, with angular sealing of the film and featuring simultaneous cutting or sealing-cutting and shrink wrapping. It is a practical equipment, constructed in stainless steel with anti-corrosion particulars and protected by means of epoxy resin that is absolutely nontoxic. This machine operates with a technology that allows the automation of the movement of the sealable film. The teflon coated welding plate guarantees greater duration and higher hygienic levels.

Operation according to one-step method: simultaneous welding and retraction, possibility of welding only, control and setting of the work cycle with multifunctional electronic control panel, automatic adjustment of the sealing time, possibility of starting the retraction at the end of welding, device for maintaining closure of the hood for the adjustable retraction time, possibility of releasing the hood after the fan has stopped to eliminate the escape of hot air at the end of the cycle. The unit is equipped with a counter of pieces and a forced air cooling circuit.
