FEATURES:
The machine consists of a robust base that supports the scale and the conveyor belt. It is equipped with a highly sensitive comparison scale, featuring an electromagnetic detector that converts the position of the scale pan into an electrical signal. It includes a conveyor belt and a projector-photocell group that signals when the object is about to leave the scale pan. The time taken for the object to pass allows the scale to stabilize and accurately record the weight. When the object interrupts the light beam, the electronic system registers the weight, comparing it to the preset tolerance limits, deciding whether to accept or divert the object.
