Automatic case packer with grouping function, placing single and bundled cartons into the case and closing the case with non-wrapping adhesive tape. The machine is accessible and enable simple, tool-free size changeover. Ideal for packaging products such as pharmaceutical items, the machine is suitable for different production needs.

MAIN FEATURES:
Design, construction, ergonomics, in compliance with cGMP standards. Solid supporting structure made with painted metal plates. The machine is made up of three working sections: carton grouping, case feeding and closing. The balcony design favors accessibility, maintenance and cleaning operations. The replacement of the format parts is facilitated by means of quick coupling fasteners, which require a minimum use of tools. Pick & Place for the direct transfer of the cartons to the hopper. Transfer of the product into the case, at the end of the grouping phase, by means of a mechanical pusher and hopper control. Minimum-maximum load control with machine in stand-by / stop due to lack of cartons and / or cases. Adhesive tape break control with machine stop. Adjustments for case format change in width and height, performed by servomotors with command directly from the operator panel. Automatic length management with PC format setting.
