MAIN FEATURES:
The modular case packer SM 80/20 extends the range of CAM end-of-line machines and is characterized by its special, inclined carton magazine, easy to be loaded and of big capacity. Semi-automatic machine able to perform automatically and in a continuous cycle combined with all the packaging lines the grouping of products in boxes, their introduction into cartons previously taken from stock, formats and positioned at the entrance opened in such a way that enable the mobile hopper and the pusher to carry out the filling, which completed the two groups of transport side, which serve to maintain the correct squaring, convey the same to the exit. The machine stacks products of parallelepiped shape and insert the bundles thus obtained into shipping cartons previously formed. Built with modular structure, the case packer has an alternating operation. This system allows the machine to minimize the drawbacks and waste.
