The MT-12 capsule filler is designed for filling and sealing capsules. It is highly sought after for its flexibility and ease of use. The machine is capable of handling all types of gelatin capsules, achieving a filling capacity of up to 35,000 capsules per hour, depending on the capsule size. Key automatic operations include loading and correcting capsules, opening via vacuum, discarding defective capsules, powder dosing, capsule sealing, and discharging filled capsules. Currently, size “0” is installed, and sizes “1” or “00” are also available; the price includes one size only.
