Continuous machine for washing, decontaminating and drying vials internally and externally, built with stainless steel, with parts in rubber approved for pharmaceutical use.

Processing areas are all protected by a stainless steel frame on which transparent panels are installed to allow internal inspection.
Working cycle:
manual cycle without washing, cycle for the tuning of the synchronisms, automatic cycle, and the sterilization cycle of the system.
The machine operates with the following washing cycle:
three times internal spraying with recirculated water, twice the external spraying with recirculated water and then internal spraying with distilled water twice and finally compressed air is blown inside.
