FEATURES:
Orbiter is a rotary table wrapping machine designed for the wrapping and stabilization of palletizable products using stretch film. The wrapping operations controlled by a PLC occur through the combined action of the table and the movement of the reel holder trolley on the fixed column. The machine is equipped with a gripping device, cutting, and sealing of the final flap operated pneumatically. The sealing unit, acting on the completely retractable counter bar, never contacts the palletized product. Operator terminal with touch screen allows for manual operations and setting of all parameters for various wrapping cycles. The machine is placed at the end of a palletizing line, with the entry and exit of palletized loads managed by movements upstream and downstream of the wrapper. As an automatic machine, operator presence is only required for the reel change and a visual check of the correct wrapping of the load.
