FEATURES:
The high-speed horizontal flow-pack packaging machine PFM Mistral produces hermetically sealed packages from a flat roll of heat-sensitive material. The Mistral BB utilizes a top-positioned film and is specifically designed for high-speed modified atmosphere packaging (MAP). It is engineered for automatic packaging of products such as coffee, cold cuts, wet wipes, bakery items, as well as pharmaceutical chemicals. Ensures hermetic seals even at high packaging speeds. The cantilever structure allows for easy cleaning, with mechanical and electronic components protected. Adjustable width and height forming tunnel for easy format changes. Motorized unwind and height adjustment for the sealing unit. Automatic programming for up to 60 programs. Packaging speeds up to 400 packs/min. Includes reject ramp for non-conforming products and quality control with a checkweigher and PRISMA metal detector.
