The reliability of the CSV40 vertical series is based on sixty years of experience by ICA Spa in designing and manufacturing vertical packaging machines for bags and square-bottom pouches. Thanks to its versatility and customization options, the CSV40 adapts to specific production needs, making it a reliable choice for any packaging challenge. The CSV40 is the result of ICA’s extensive experience in designing and producing vertical machines for the production of gusseted and flat-bottom bags or pouches. In particular, the perfect squaring of the bottom of the packaging, guaranteed by the patented exclusive movement of the clamps, the lateral discharge, and the certified integrated weight control with feedback to the dosing unit, along with high production capacity, make the CSV40 vertical series a line of great interest suited for various applications. Equipped with state-of-the-art servo-assisted axis control technology, constructed from lightweight alloys, and featuring easy and quick format change assistance for packaging of different sizes and shapes. The machine currently bags single pods and comes complete with a feeding belt and an inline CP04 S checkweigher.
