Turboemulsifier designed to meet the specific needs of the cosmetic, pharmaceutical and chemical industries and allow to obtain products of excellent quality and reproducibility, reducing operating costs. The tank is designed to work in standard atmospheric conditions, under pressure.

MAIN FEATURES:
This type of mixer contains all the construction features required for an excellent and fast processing and is suitable for mixing liquid products using heat, pressure and mechanical agitation energy to produce homogeneous products for the chemical, pharmaceutical, cosmetic or food industry. All contact parts are in stainless steel. Turboemulsifier with jacketed 500 liter heated tank, electric cabinet with motor- heating- and pressure control. Mixing system with: Scraper mixer anchoring system, Counter rotating blades, Homogenization turbine.
