This is a filling and closing machine for plastic tubes. The construction principles, materials used and innovative concepts guarantee maximum productivity, user friendliness and quality, making this machine an ideal solution for the pharmaceutical and the cosmetic market. Group assembly permits easy adaptability to many different tube filling problems. Special consideration was given to a rapid change over to different tube sizes and consistency of filling product. The in-built flexibility makes it the ideal machine for use in research and development.

MAIN FEATURES:
Easy to use machine with excellent access for cleaning and maintenance. The unit is equipped with 9 tube holder stations. Fast interchangeability of formats. Hopper with 40 L capacity. The tube filling machine is equipped with 3 clamps: closing, welding and character marking. The currently installed format size of the tube is for 37,5 mm in diameter. Various different tube formats are available on request.
