FEATURES:
Tri-blender systems are designed to accelerate and enhance the efficiency of mixing powders and liquids while minimizing air introduction during loading procedures. This helps limit time and product waste, significantly reducing issues associated with pre and post-mixing operations, such as lumps, foam, and overflow. The Tri-blender is a compact and easily transportable system, designed for quick installation near the preparation tank, and the height of the hopper facilitates loading without requiring the operator to lift. Powder ingredients are poured into the hopper; the pump creates a vacuum that draws them into the mixing chamber. The liquid is introduced through a tangential inlet and is simultaneously conveyed into the same chamber. The diffuser tube keeps the two ingredients, liquid and powder, separated until they enter the mixing chamber, where a special filter mesh ensures a homogeneous mixture. The Tri-blender is a simple and safe system for quickly and uniformly mixing liquids and powders while avoiding air entry. Powder absorption is rapid and uniform, up to 159 kg/min. Ideal for pharmaceutical preparations such as syrups, as well as for food applications. It is easily adaptable for CIP applications. The Tri-blender is made of AISI 316 stainless steel for parts in contact with the product while the base is made of AISI 304 stainless steel.
