The Manes Sherpa tank lifter is an industrial lifting system designed to safely move containers, tanks, and drums in production environments within the pharmaceutical, cosmetic, chemical, and food sectors. Its stainless steel structure ensures robustness, corrosion resistance, and easy sanitation, making it suitable for use in departments with high hygiene standards. The unit is equipped with a Donati electric chain hoist installed on a vertical column that allows controlled lifting via a control panel. The system includes a tank holder basket with a manual rotating plate attachment, designed to accommodate tanks with a diameter of 490 mm and a minimum height of 500 mm, facilitating positioning, rotation, and unloading operations. The lifter is engineered to ensure maximum stability and safety during vertical load transportation, integrating reliable mechanical components and an ergonomic design that aids operational activities. The Sherpa series is typically employed for feeding mixing, filling, or weighing lines, as well as for the safe transfer of tanks between different process stations.
