MAIN FEATURES:
The oven is supplied with 2 interlocked doors, one on the grey side, the other in the sterile.
The material to be sterilized is introduced in the oven with the help of internal carts in AISI 304 stainless steel. The depyrogenation takes place with dry air warmed up electrically and filtered through the absolute filters. When the depyrogenation cycle is completed, the chilling down happens by letting the air inside a water-cooled heat exchanger until the load is not at the requie temperature. A control system manages automatically all the phases of the cycle. The cycle completed, this system provides a printed report of the program every 1,30 minutes, a temperature and a pressure chart.
