DESCRIPTION:
This Rotary Tablet Press machine is constructed of welded steel, all parts that are in contact with the product are in stainless steel. Supplied with 23 single punch stations of a maximum tablet diameter mm 21.

Pharmaceutical, chemical, cosmetic, food, dietary, medical devices, plastic material industry.
MAIN FEATURES:
Suitable for high pressure tablet-making both by pre-compressing powders and/or compressing material directly. Allows the mounting of multiple moulds, of any kind and shape of mould and punch. Requires very low maintenance, and lubrication is carried out by an electric centrifugal pump. Easy to clean, the feeding hopper can be removed by simply releasing a bolt.
The tablet press is equipped with circular punches, 12 mm in diameter, 25 mm barrel and a 32 x 25 mm die.
A second set of circular punches 17 mm in diameter, can be supplied upon request.
