FEATURES:
The machine features a cap application system designed as a ‘container cap’ specifically for powder vials. The pressure break system allows for controlled release of the product, ensuring maximum efficiency. Additionally, it is equipped with 2 vibrating feed cups with dual outlet, optimizing the filling process. The dimensions of the lower cap are 18 mm in diameter and 20 mm in height, while the upper cap has a diameter of 12 mm and a height of 25 mm. The machine has 2 dosing stations, thus ensuring continuous and uninterrupted production. Sealing occurs under pressure, ensuring the containment of the product. The currently installed ampoule format is 10 mm in diameter and 10 mm in height.
