DESCRIPTION:
This wrapper machine is used for the packaging of packs of cartons coming from the weighing station by means of wrapping with heat-sealable film. The cartons are first stacked and then wrapped with the film. The machine is designed and built to be inserted in a continuous production line.

MAIN FEATURES:
Various safety devices are installed on the machine, such as: plexiglass and metal case fixed by screws, special micro control of casing closure, micro safety control of the rear folding station, pusher safety sensor, control sensor of the inserted leaflet etc. The machine is equipped with a pushbutton control panel surface from which the operator can set the duty cycle and from which it is possible to observe the evolution of the processing. The machine is made up of: elevating station for stacking packages, stack conveying belt, heat-sealable film reel, film welding stations, exit conveyor of boxes packaged, general control panel and pneumatic system. Wrapping material: heat-sealable cellophane.
