DESCRIPTION:
The machine has been designed specifically for handling minibags from the loading position to the working position for subsequent production processes. The lift allows comfortable loading of the minibag on the appropriate cross and, by means of a double chain system, allows lifting in complete safety. Particular attention was paid to the handling aspect of the project; this has made it possible for the machine operator to operate easily and in complete safety.

MAIN FEATURES:
The machine is made up as follows:
– Lifting column: Vertical structure inside of which is positioned the guide on which the lifting trolley slides. The column is placed on a slewing ring that allows it to rotate from the loading position to the working position (product unloading).
– Base of the structure
– Lifting trolley: The trolley is equipped with four wheels that slide in the column guide and is directly connected to the lifting arm.
– Rotation system: The system, consisting of a slewing ring and pinion connected to a gear motor, allows the rotation of the column.
– A system of magnetic sensors checks the position and does not allow the ascent or descent if the minibag is not in the correct position for handling.
