MACHINE TYPE:
Combined scale with a metal detector, designed for weight control and metal detection in small to medium-sized products. This system maximizes profits and minimizes product waste. The system consists of a base that supports the scale and the transport device, a high-sensitivity comparison scale with an electromagnetic detector that converts the position of the scale pan, loaded with the weight passing over it, into an electrical signal, a belt conveyor, and a projector-photocell group that signals the moment when the object is about to leave the scale pan.

FEATURES:
This linear scale model ‘Metal Detector’, integrated into a transport line for objects of any nature and shape, automatically checks deviations from the nominal weight of the objects, comparing them with predefined limit values. The objects are transported on the line and weighed; their weight is compared with the tolerance limits. The machine decides whether to accept or reject the object, diverting or expelling it based on the detected weight; thus ensuring accurate weighings. This model is equipped with a protective cover for greater safety and reliability during the weighing process.
