MACHINE TYPE:
The conveyor belt is a device used for transporting objects or bulk materials (bricks, sand, food, industrial products, packages) intended for processing on an industrial scale, such as production on an assembly line. Compared to other forms of transportation, they offer the advantage of low energy consumption, low monitoring costs, and the ability to handle large volumes.

Pharmaceutical, chemical, cosmetic, food, dietary, medical devices, manufacturing.
FEATURES:
The motor’s movement is transmitted to the cylinder and then to the belt via a transmission chain, or through a belt, or even with a gear system. The cylinder will move by exerting a pull on the belt. The speed of the belt will be controlled by an electric reducer. The belt not only serves to transport the load but also to transmit movement to other components located along the path. Naturally, different belts can be arranged in series to form very long installations. The transport can generally follow curves or adopt any direction (horizontal, inclined, or vertical). Normally, there will be the possibility to reverse the direction of rotation and thus the movement of the load.
