Description
The machine is an automatic labelling system for the application of self-adhesive labels on pharmaceutical boxes of quadrangular shape.

MAIN FEATURES:
The operation of the machine is controlled by a special quick reference control panel, equipped with a display for exhibiting the various machine states and the different control options. During the production phase, the display shows the indications of correctly processed (good) and discarded (waste) products. The productive process begins with the loading of the products from the line on the input belt. These slide along the machine to be labelled and/or printed automatically. The labelling machine is operated by start photocell to synchronize the mechanisms of the cycle according to the type of product and the speed of production. On the machine there is the automatic waste unit with which the product not corresponding to the required processing requirements is diverted from the line in a special container. The finished product continues on the next line to complete the processing cycle. The system production data (total and partial quantity, waste number, etc.) is displayed on the control panel. The machine can keep in memory 10 processing programs, which can be modified in case of need. For setting the length of the cartons the values are between 1 and 9999 and expressed in step encoder. The electrical/electronic components are mounted inside the “transport module” and protected with closed steel panels firmly secured with screws. The moving mechanisms mounted on the machine are enclosed within the perimeter protection composed of aluminium profiles and transparent plexiglass panels. On the front and back of the machine there are doors equipped with safety micro-switches that inhibit operation automatically in the case of “open doors”. The power supply is sectioned with a general safety switch lockable in position “0” to prevent accidental insertion. The pneumatic system on board the machine is controlled by the control unit complete with pressure switch, to stop operation in case the pressure drops below the minimum threshold of 4 bar, and ball valve for closing the supply line.
