Sensitive 300 can handle containers of different shapes on the same machine, ensuring maximum flexibility during production. It is suitable for applying self-adhesive labels on rectangular, oval, elliptical containers and also on round containers (only one label).

The machine can be used offline with loading and unloading to and from trays, or in line via the necessary connection units. Completely stainless steel structure and all units are slightly elevated compared to the base for easy access and cleaning. The format change for handling containers with different diameters is quick and easy. The control panel is equipped with an AntaresVision display to display machine status, production report and troubleshooting. The application of the label is performed by a distribution head, controlled by a stepper motor synchronized with the transport speed of the container. Machinery equipped with control and automatic waste system mounted along the central carousel.
