DESCRIPTION:
The Etipack System 2 is a fully automatic labelling machine for the application on the top of products with an integrated conveyor system; they are self-sufficient small labelling lines providing for conveying, handling and labelling. They can therefore be used both offline or connected to other packaging machines (e.g. filling, cartoning machines). Our automatic systems for top application are ideal for the labelling of stable products such as thermoformed trays, jars, bottles, boxes, products and containers in plastic, glass or metal, for food, chemical, cosmetic markets.

MAIN FEATURES:
The labeling machine is complete with: an Argus code reader model Laetus; two Etipack heads model PROGRESS 1.3.DX; an infeed belt for conditioning the products arriving from the line; a luminous column with 3-color buzzer for signaling the running status and a total accident prevention protection in polycarbonate. The structure rests on practical adjustable feet, has a stainless steel machine body, an electrical panel with dedicated electronics and line stop contacts for alarms.
