DESCRIPTION:
Automatic visual inspection machine for vials. The machine rotates each container at high speed and then stops it abruptly, putting liquid into motion by inertia. Light transmitted through the liquid causes any moving particles to cast shadows on high resolution sensors, allowing the system to detect particulates of low to high reflectivity. The light-transmission-based equipment allows for the inspection of particulates in low- to medium-viscosity liquids, as well as the inspection of fill levels.

MAIN FEATURES:
The product to be inspected is picked up from a conveyor belt. Subsequently it is transported by a conveyor belt in a slow rotation in front of the operator. The defective ampoules are discarded by the operator, those accepted continue the movement towards the receiving tray.
