DESCRIPTION:
Inspection machine for particle and cosmetic inspection of pre-filled ampoules and vials containing liquid products (clear oily and suspensions). Usually connected to a de-nester and re-nester unit, the unit is configured to be installed in a fully automated line.

Pharmaceutical, chemical, cosmetics, food, dietary, medical devices, manufacturing.
MAIN FEATURES:
The product to be inspected is picked up from a conveyor belt. Subsequently it is transported by a conveyor belt in a slow rotation in front of the operator. The defective ampoules are discarded manually by the operator, those accepted continue the movement towards the receiving tray.
