MACHINE TYPE:
The IKA HED-REACTOR 1000/50 is a versatile mixing/dispersion system designed for continuous inline operation. The operation and quality of the mixture are comparable to those obtained with a rapid bubbler in “batch” mode.

FEATURES:
The circulation organ operates very similarly to a pumping module, and shear forces can be utilized depending on the application from different perforated stators. The ring stators can be equipped with slots or holes and can be modified at will. All parts that come into contact with the product are made of stainless steel, material no. 1.4571. Two internally rotating shaft seals seal the rotor shaft against the walls. Thanks to its robust structure, the machine is reliable, quiet, and economical, while requiring minimal maintenance.
