MAIN FEATURES:
Induction sealing with cap or heat sealing, as is known, is a very simple and straightforward process. The container is filled and then the cap is applied (internally equipped with an aluminum seal), the capped container then passes under the induction sealer where a controlled electromagnetic field transfers energy to the sheet, creating heat. The heat melts the thin membrane of plastic material, from the inner surface of the seal to the neck of the bottle, once the sealant cools, the latter adheres to the container – this is known as an airtight seal. Super Seal 75 is an advanced sealing model for maximum performance, with a user-friendly user interface with international symbols. It seals at speeds of over 25m / minute, can seal regular, childproof and dispenser closures starting from 20 mm up to 120 mm.
